How quickly after I place an order will I receive my package?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For our biscuits we work on the basis that any order is baked and dispatched between working 1-3 day(s).For our accessories we aim for a dispatch of 3-5 working days.. Depending on the shipping method you chose at checkout, your package will be delivered by Royal Mail. If you chose 1st Class shipping we will email when your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number If you chose standard delivery we will email you with a dispatch email and you will receive your order within 2-3 working days.
What if I have an issue with my order or wish to change the order?
If you want to change any aspect of your order after it has been placed please contact us as soon as possible through are contact details below. We will try to accommodate any modifications but this cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to make an alteration please contact us with the subject heading ORDER ALTERATION and your order number and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. If you order is a custom order then unfortunately no changes can be made after the initial order as this will be discussed with you during your order.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! If you seen a product that you like and wish to make an alteration we would be happy to accommodate you as best we can. If you wish to place a custom order please get in touch through our chat box or email with the subject CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that alterations may affect the price and dispatch time of any items.
How do I find the right size for my dog?
All our accessories have a custom size guide shown in the pictures. The best way to find the best size for your dog is to gently wrap a piece of string around their neck, then lay the string flat and measure the length of the string. Another way is to measure the size of your current dog collar, but make sure to only include one side of the clip when measuring.
